Our practice
Move like a human, get unstuck
We’re almost robots, stiff, constantly behind screens, desks, in cars and couches. Reducing our mobility, weakening muscles, and slowing circulation.
Most training focuses on looks, instead of how the body moves and functions.
Your body is built to move, not just for the hour, but all day.
With our classes you learn how to move in tune with your body for now and as you get older, to keep your body alive and your mind empty.
We are deeply inspired by the Ido Portal Method, viewing movement as a lifelong practice and encourages building a broad movement vocabulary rather than specializing too early.
We integrate principles from the Fighting Monkey Method, which explores coordination, rhythm, reaction, and adaptability — preparing the body and mind for the unpredictable nature of real life.
Spend time upside down
Handstand & mobility
Learn to balance and control the body with handstand & mobility classes
We start with a solid and stable foundation. Preparation is key before flipping upside down. We will teach you your first wall handstand and how to transition to a freestanding handstand.
Build up strength to handstand while also improving general mobility in your daily life by utilizing specific handstand drills and techniques.
A handstand requires time and dedication, like learning how to walk again. So let’s put in the work, conquer and overcome fear, and reaping the rewards of your practice.
For those more advanced, this class will help you build strength and improve your technique so that you can balance on your hands more and more comfortably.
Joints healthy, muscles active, nervous system sharp
Strength & Mobility
Becoming strong and mobile on rings, bars, and the floor — build functional strength through bodyweight training.
Have you always wanted to know how to do a proper pull-up or pistol squat? In the Organic Strength class, we focus on functional movements like squatting, lifting, pulling, and pushing in order to develop and build proper inner strength.
Basic strength within your joints, ligaments and muscles will greatly improve your Movement Practice and will be a big help when practicing other aspects of the practice like handstands, acrobatics or locomotion and other movement skills.
The teacher can differentiate the class so that everyone can participate at their own level, from beginner to advanced.
Crawl, climb, carry, jump, rotate, explore
Animal Flow
Bring movement back into the body the way it’s meant to be, with varied natural patterns.
With Animal Flow and Locomotion you'll learn natural patterns used in nature by many creatures and forms. Locomotion is fluid, challenging, beautiful and rewarding. Think of low squats, ground work, animal flow, inversions, crawls, bridges integrated into a refined layered movement flow close to the ground.
You will feel muscles you didn’t think you have. You’ll get strong with truly usable and active mobility, joint protection, conditioning and mastering it allows for a great way for personal expression.
The teacher can differentiate the class so that everyone can participate at their own level, from beginner to advanced.

Movement Class
Moving together with partners — developing coordination, timing, and awareness through partner-based movement classes. Move alone and with others, reacting adjusting and interacting. So you become adaptable.
When was the last time you rolled on the floor, crawled, climbed, balanced, threw a ball, spun around, or wrestled
